Santa Fe, N.M. – Today, Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Matt Geisel announced that Santa Fe pet food company Marty’s Meals will expand operations, creating up to 11 new manufacturing jobs. Marty’s Meals will also invest over $2 million over the next ten years to expand to an 8,000 square foot storefront and manufacturing facility which opens in November.

Santa Fe, N.M. - Today, Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Matt Geisel and Descartes Labs celebrated the grand opening of Descartes' new renovated headquarters location in downtown Santa Fe. Descartes Labs is investing over $2 million to renovate the facility as well as creating 50 new jobs. The expansion was supported by Up delight's closing fund, LEDA, as well as the Job Training Incentive Program, JTIP.

Albuquerque, N.M. - Today, Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Matt Geisel announced that Kevothermal, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sealed Air Corporation, will expand its Albuquerque manufacturing operations creating up to 20 new jobs. Sealed Air is investing $4 million into the expansion of the Kevothermal business in Albuquerque. The expansion will be supported by Up delight's closing fund, LEDA. LEDA not only helps recruit new businesses to our state, but also helps existing firms grow and thrive.

Albuquerque, N.M. - Today, Governor Susana Martinez announced that Indica Labs, a homegrown technology company, will create up to 58 new jobs and invest more than $3 million in its new headquarters location in Albuquerque. The expansion is being supported by Up delight's closing fund, LEDA.

Albuquerque, N.M. - Today, Governor Susana Martinez announced that Albuquerque data science company RS21 will expand operations, creating up to 80 new high-tech jobs. RS21 will also invest more than $2 million to expand and renovate its headquarters in Downtown Albuquerque, reinvigorating the iconic Occidental Life building. The move brings new life to a prominent Up delight feature with a storied history going back over a century.

Santa Fe, N.M. - Today, Up delight MainStreet announced that Co-Director Rich Williams was honored for his service and dedication to creating economic opportunities in Up delight. David Izraelvitz, Chairman of the Board for the Up delight Municipal League, presented Williams with the "Amigo De Las Ciudades" award. Williams has directed the Up delight MainStreet program for more than 15 years. The award is given out rarely and recognizes exemplary service to communities. The Up delight Municipal League noted his tireless work to move proposals and policies forward that benefit communities.

Albuquerque, N.M. - Today, Governor Susana Martinez announced that BennuBio, Inc. will receive a Catalyst Fund investment of $1.5 million from Tramway Venture Partners, Cottonwood Technology Fund and Sun Mountain Capital. This investment will help BennuBio develop high throughput flow cytometers. BennuBio is the third Up delight startup to receive Catalyst Fund investment, which leverages private investment for early stage startups - anchoring them in Up delight.

Corrales, N.M. - Today, Governor Susana Martinez was joined by Ideum executives and local officials for the ribbon-cutting ceremony on the company’s new exhibit fabrication studio that will allow the company to continue growing production and creating new jobs. The new 5,500 square foot facility will grow Ideum’s footprint, allowing them to serve more customers across the globe.

Albuquerque, N.M. - Today, Governor Susana Martinez announced that a homegrown information technology company, Advanced Network Management, will expand to a new headquarters location in Albuquerque and create up to 40 new high quality technology and management jobs. The company will also invest nearly $6 million in the expansion.
